Well water, agricultural water, spring water, hot spring water, seawater (seawater wells), and factory wastewater contain unused thermal energy (renewable energy). We have developed a heat exchange unit (G-HEX) through the NEDO project that can extract this energy and utilize it in a cascade for heating and cooling. G-HEX is a fully plastic heat exchanger made using polyethylene thin tubes, allowing it to accommodate various thermal source waters.
